Key Responsibilities Analyse and understand business performance to develop clear written and presentation‑style communications on business performance insights and strategic options. Partner with business leaders to craft clear narratives and high‑quality papers and presentations for the Board, and, where required, external stakeholders in partnership with Investor Relations. Work with BU/Functions and Categories to articulate the strategic narrative and choices related to the financial planning processes, including the Annual Business Plan and Long‑Range Plan. Bring finance capability, governance and financial acumen to the continual evolution of the Haleon value creation framework. Conduct peer and competitor benchmarking and deliver intelligence to inform strategic choices within prevailing investor expectations. Lead and co‑lead strategic initiatives that support Haleon’s ambition and execution of strategic drivers, focusing within the Finance function. Support the Strategy function on high‑value strategic projects, such as new growth opportunity evaluations, M&A, geographic expansion and penetration, providing extensive support across the long‑range planning process. Qualifications Prior experience in M&A, strategy/consulting, or financial planning within a consumer product context. Understanding of the global CPG market and how external factors influence equity‑related investment strategies. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with an ability to synthesize complex data and translate insights into concise communications. Ability to distil complex information into simple, compelling narratives for a wide range of stakeholders. Extensive experience in complex financial modelling and scenario analysis. Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organization at all levels.
