Are you a skilled Bid Writer ready to play a key role in a growing, purpose-led environmental consultancy? We’re looking for someone to lead successful bid strategies and help grow our Advisory Services team.
What You’ll Do:
- Help us meet our targets, including maintaining a 50% win rate.
- Work closely with our New Business team to identify and pursue opportunities.
- Lead the creation of strong, compelling bids – from strategy through to submission.
- Manage the full bid process: run key meetings, shape pricing and content, and attend interviews where needed.
- Keep our bid library updated with templates, CVs, case studies, and references.
- Use feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve our approach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in bid writing, ideally in environmental consultancy, infrastructure, or construction.
- Knowledge of the UK Environmental Consultancy market (preferred).
- Great attention to detail and time management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence presenting ideas.
