The restaurant focuses on seasonal, beautifully executed modern British and European dishes, crafted with precision and served in an atmosphere of relaxed luxury. Just a short walk from Bath city centre and long regarded as one of the area’s most charming 5‑star hotels, this is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to grow within an established and highly regarded kitchen. The Role We’re seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie to join a passionate brigade committed to quality, seasonality, and exceptional guest experience. You’ll take responsibility for your section, working closely with senior chefs to deliver consistently high standards across every service. This role suits a CDP who values craftsmanship, attention to detail and a professional, supportive working culture.
