Tod's Old Bond Street Boutique - Department Manager Please apply with CV attached Complies with TOD'S policies and procedures Completes all assigned tasks by the Store Manager. Has good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and convincing them to make purchases through product presentations. Communicates professionally with diplomacy and tact. Exchanges merchandise for customers. Places special orders/reservations or calls other stores to locate desired items, recommending selections that fit customer needs. Meets assigned sales targets and deadlines within the given period. Maintains proper displays of goods in the store, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Keeps track of new products and prices, labelling the displays accurately. Replenishes all necessary display items when required. Analyzes sell‑through activity to replenish stock and adjust displays. Keeps records of department merchandise. Actively organizes and participates in store inventories. Attends sales training activities. Trains new recruits. Maintains knowledge of current collections and press releases. Is a team player who develops constructive and cooperative working relationships. Energetic, shows initiative, and motivates the team. People‑oriented individual.
