Are you able to place the needs of a young people at the centre of everything you do and navigate the THRIVE partnership to ensure our young people get the right support at the right time?If so then GMMH and Wigan CAMHS has a role for you working as part of a real Multi Disciplinary Team as one of our Specialist CAMHS Practitioners in Community CAMHS .Main duties of the jobAs a Specialist CAMHS mental health practitioner you will be working as part of the MDT.You will have responsibility for supporting the team in triage and assessment of referrals to our service and ensuing timely and responsive access to the appropriate care pathways.You will be responsible for the management of cases, duty, risk assessments, training and development within the team and wider THRIVE partners. Important developments of system partner relationships and building on the fantastic relationships we have in Wigan across Local Authority CVS and Wigan Family Welfare.
