Contract Manager – Kier Group Lead the Way on HS2 – Join Us as a Contract Manager We’re looking for a Contract Manager to join our Multi Utilities Diversion (MUD) team based in Brackley, Northamptonshire. You’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering a major project for the diversion of all utilities across an 80 km section of HS2. This work is delivered under a framework with multiple live schemes running simultaneously. Location Brackley, Northamptonshire – travel to the office required, with some remote working available. Hours Permanent, full-time, 45 hours per week – flexibility available. Salary £70,000 – £80,000 per year + £6.7 k annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. What you will be responsible for As a Contract Manager, you’ll support the General Manager by providing leadership and expertise to deliver the requirements of the utilities framework on HS2 across the full EKFB section. Your day-to-day will include Managing and overseeing section Project Managers Maintaining full commercial awareness of each area and working closely with the commercial team to ensure positive outcomes Leading client and internal meetings, presenting performance and progress updates Reviewing programmes and developing strategies to progress and complete works What we’re looking for Proven experience managing high‑performing operational teams Strong background in coordinating multi‑utility diversions A valid CSCS card Rewards and benefits We’re proud to offer a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
