Agricultural Litigation Solicitor/Associate - 2+ PQE - Bristol.Location: Bristol (other office locations considered)Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week (flexible working options available)Salary: £54,000 - £60,000 plus benefitsPQE: Minimum 2 yearsChadwick Nott are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Bristol, currently seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join their leading Agricultural Litigation team.This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of one of the largest Agriculture and Land teams in the UK, recognised as Band 1 by Chambers & Partners and Top Tier by Legal 500. You'll be advising high-net-worth farming and landowning clients on a wide range of complex and rewarding disputes.The RoleYou'll work closely with a Partner and handle a varied caseload, including:Property litigation (e.g. rights of way, boundary disputes)Farm partnership and inheritance disputesContractual and professional negligence claimsCandidate RequirementsThis vacancy arises due to a team member's departure and is not suitable for newly qualified solicitors. However, candidates with a strong background in property litigation who are keen to transition into agricultural work are warmly encouraged to apply.We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:A minimum of 2 years' PQE in property or agricultural litigationStrong technical expertise and sound judgmentExcellent communication and negotiation skillsA proactive, detail-oriented approachA collaborative and client-focused mindsetLocation & Working ArrangementsThis is a hybrid role, offering a mix of office and remote working. While the role is primarily based in Bristol, other office locations may be considered for the right candidate.
