Our client, a leading global agency specialising in luxury brand creation, is seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join their growing London team. The agency has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional work for premium and lifestyle brands, offering end-to-end services from strategy to production. With offices in Paris, London, and Singapore, they support top-tier brands with branding, product design, and communication campaigns across all platforms. As Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in concepting and executing image and video projects, collaborating closely with the UK General Manager, accounts team, and global creative teams. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire creative process from concept through to final production, ensuring the highest level of quality and creativity in every project. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creative development of campaigns, focusing on visual storytelling and brand experiences. Work across various projects, from large-scale global campaigns to one-off creative briefs, ensuring consistency and attention to detail. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including creatives in Paris and Singapore, to deliver innovative and engaging work. Oversee the production of image and video content for luxury clients, managing everything from initial concept to final delivery. Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients, ensuring briefs are met and deadlines are respected. Continuously challenge creative methods to push the quality and innovation of deliverables. What We’re Looking For: A creative expert with at least 5 years of experience in creative agencies or in-house luxury brands. Proven experience in campaign development, particularly for luxury and premium brands. Expertise in content creation for social media platforms, with a strong understanding of crafting visuals that resonate with diverse audiences. Proven design experience in branding, pop ups, packaging and graphic design Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and experience with AI tools. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work, whether for small or large-scale projects. A collaborative team player who values teamwork and can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to present ideas confidently and clearly, with excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus). A passion for luxury brands and a desire to create experiences, not just products.
