Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained at all times. Wear uniform provided, ensuring it is clean and ironed. Demonstrate previous management experience with the ability to train staff. Assist in ensuring we meet clients' cleaning expectations whilst operating in a professional manner. Deal with any complaints/issues from customers immediately and report directly to your supervisor. Be flexible to work additional hours to cover holiday and sickness within the team.
