The Role Supervise the Housekeeping Team to ensure consistent delivery of high quality Guest Experience. Organise daily housekeeping operations effectively and efficiently. Demonstrate values and align with Purpose, Vision, Brand, and behaviours of One Wildland Team and One Wild Way. Key Responsibilities Be a role model of WildLand Leadership and teamwork. Supervise your Team to consistent high performance. Align you and your Team with People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements. Supervise the delivery of a consistently high standard housekeeping service to all properties. Partner with Front of House and Chef Team to enhance overall guest experience. Identify opportunities to continuously improve guest experience. Fulfil Front of House function as part of flexible and adaptable team when required.
