My Client is an established recruitment organisation, with a UK presence and an excellent reputation of providing superior temporary, contract, and permanent candidates for roles across the UK.

They are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Billing Recruitment Consultant to join this established branch, who could be interested in being supported into a team leader or branch manager position.

You will report to their Regional Manager, and your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering recruitment solutions and working alongside colleagues to deliver account management services solutions.
  2. Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  3. Actively chasing new business opportunities across East Anglia.
  4. Supporting and driving candidate resourcing solutions.

  1. Competitive salary up to £38K (depending upon experience), together with uncapped commission and additional rewards.

  3. No on-call evening or weekend work (our dedicated on-call team handles that).

Ideal Candidate Credentials:

  1. An ambitious, driven individual with a passion for developing new business within Recruitment.
  2. Proven track record within recruitment (ideally in the temporary recruitment sector).
  3. Strong business acumen coupled with being a self-starter who is solution-focused and can lead and support other members of the team.
  4. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
  5. Strong negotiation skills along with commercial awareness.
  6. Minimum of 12 months experience within a 360-degree billing role.
  7. A current UK driving licence and access to a car.

Hours & Location:

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. There is no evening or weekend work, but you would be expected to attend the Ipswich office during the week.
