As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children with complex needs, assisting with their learning, development, and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as Teaching Assistant in a special needs school or as a care/support worker with young adults, particularly those who are non-verbal.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 support to pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)/Autism to help children meet their developmental milestones as a Teaching Assistant.
Help create a positive and engaging learning environment as a Teaching Assistant.
Participate in off-site learning opportunities, supporting the children in varied settings.
Build strong relationships with students and staff to prioritise progress as a Teaching Assistant.Requirements:

Immediate availability.
Experience working with children and a reference to support it.
An Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
