The trust seeks an enthusiastic Consultant in CAMHS Psychiatry to work full-time and it would be excellent for someone wanting to broaden their experience of community psychiatry and develop their clinical skills in a supportive and challenging environment. The team is well established with good support from senior clinical and managerial colleagues.The Consultant position will be integral to the multi-disciplinary team, providing medical and clinical leadership, working closely with other Consultants, Clinical Lead in the Team, and the Operational Team Manager to provide strategic development to the CAMHS service.As part of the ongoing service transformation the service is now moving to a service pathway model that will enable children and young people to receive the right service, at the right time and place, in line with evidence-based practice.Our service places high importance on providing high quality care and values clinical engagement in service development.Our service particularly prides itself in providing excellent Consultant peer support.
