You’ll lead the Twilight Shift, inspiring a team of 70+ employees to exceed ambitious KPIs through hands-on leadership, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.You’ll champion key initiatives—from operational compliance to refining standard procedures—while expertly juggling multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines and deliver outstanding customer service.
