Job Title: Night Forklift Driver We are looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance/Combi Driver to join our new factory in Coalville. This is a temporary‑to‑permanent opportunity with modern facilities and long‑term prospects. Responsibilities Operate FLT counterbalance or combi forklift during night shift (Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00). Load and unload materials safely, ensuring a safe working environment. Maintain forklift in good operating condition and conduct basic daily inspections. Work as part of a small team to meet production targets and adhere to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Valid FLT counterbalance and/or combi lift licence (in date). Minimum 1 year experience as forklift driver. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Ability to work night shift and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Pay and Hours £17.75 – £18.56 per hour (depending on licence held) + 1.5× OT hours during the week and double time for Sunday (£26.61 – £37.13 per hour). Temporary to permanent.
