We pride ourselves on delivering innovative and effective solutions for our clients.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide valuations and advisory services for a wide range of property assets across commercial and residential sectors.Contribute to team targets and support business growth initiatives.Conduct property inspections, perform due diligence, and prepare detailed valuation reports within client deadlines.Maintain in-depth market knowledge and uphold quality assurance standards.Engage with clients to identify new business and fee-earning opportunities.Skills & ExperienceMRICS and VRS qualified with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.Proficient with Argus, Kel, or other standard valuation software.Proven experience in commercial property valuation.Strong communication, numerical, and report-writing skills.Excellent client management skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards.Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.What we do for our peopleClick here to learn about our support for employee development and benefits packages.Role Application FormPlease complete the form below, and our Talent Acquisition Manager will contact you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
