This role will be leading the Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability compliance for a growing site that includes manufacturing/production, warehousing, technology development, and offices. Key duties of Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Manager: Management of Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability across the business functions Developing a HSE roadmap in line with manufacturing growth Driving cultural change across the organisation with Health, Safety and Environment Setting the Health & Safety strategy Drafting policies and procedures across the H&S, ESG, and facilities management Leading and working in partnership with Environment & Sustainability Manager Setting the strategy and plan to maintain ISO14001 Building relationships within the business and with suppliers Requirements to be successful as Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability Manager: Proven leadership in health & safety, and ESG Thorough and in-depth knowledge of legislation and regulations in HSE Confident in leading change of process and culture Analytical and able to audit process and policies Experience in delivering and maintaining ISO standards for business, 14001 & 45001 Strong written and verbal communication skills A collaborative and mentoring approach to leadership This role is based in Northamptonshire and will be based on-site 4-5 days a week.
