Teaching Assistant – Grantham & Surrounding Areas Location: Grantham, Sleaford, Corby Glen and nearby villages Salary: £90–£110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications) Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Supply / Long-term Start Date: Immediate or flexible Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in the classroom? We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across the Grantham area. Your Role Will Include Supporting pupils in class, small groups, or 1:1 Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment Supporting children with additional needs (SEND experience desirable) ✅ What You’ll Need Experience working with children or young people TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred but not essential) A proactive and nurturing attitude DBS on the update service or willingness to apply What We Offer Competitive daily rates Flexible working options Opportunities for training and development Supportive school placements All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
