Role Description This is a permanent role for a Supervising Social Worker at Happy Hearts Foster Care. Based in Birmingham, this hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home for certain tasks. The individual will oversee and support foster carers, ensuring they provide the best possible care for children and young people. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing ongoing supervision, delivering training, liaising with relevant agencies, and ensuring compliance with fostering regulations and policies. The role encourages collaboration and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with foster families and the wider team.
