About The Mid‑Markets Team Our Mid‑Markets team works with privately owned businesses – over 13,000 in the UK. Clients range from entrepreneurial startups to multi‑million‑pound turnover international groups. About The Role As an apprentice, you will undergo a four‑year training contract. Years 1 And 2 Master the art of auditing: learn to prepare meticulous audit documents using the latest software and methodologies. Financial statements: develop a deep understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows. Work side by side with clients: immerse yourself in diverse businesses, understanding their operations, challenges and unique circumstances. Build relationships: connect with key stakeholders in both the client and your internal team across service lines. Years 3 And 4 As you progress, you will take on increasingly complex audit work, including revenue recognition, valuation and risk assessments. You’ll manage audit engagements, take a leading role, and mentor junior team members. You’ll join us as a permanent employee – a beginning of an exceptional career journey. Who We’re Looking For On‑track or holding A‑level, BTEC or equivalent qualifications with strong academic performance. We consider the whole candidate. Deep curiosity, naturally inquisitive.
