The Role We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to lead a team of 20 colleagues in our fast‑paced food picking warehouse. You'll drive performance, ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and service. What You'll Do Lead, motivate, and develop your team to hit KPIs Plan and allocate resources effectively Promote a strong customer service and continuous improvement culture Monitor performance and take corrective action where needed Uphold all Health & Safety and hygiene standards About You Experienced people leader within warehouse or logistics operations Strong organisational and coaching skills Calm under pressure with a hands‑on approach Excellent communicator and team motivator What We Offer Annual pay reviews 28‑33 days holiday (increasing with service) Retail discount and healthcare cash plan Pension scheme & free onsite parking Join a business that values teamwork, quality, and family spirit.
