FRO Dashboarding and Analytics Product Owner - Vice President Join a team that tackles the world’s biggest resiliency challenges, building solutions and partnerships that protect millions every day. As part of the Firmwide Resiliency Office (FRO), you will contribute to a diverse and progressive organization addressing major challenges in financial services. Increased regulatory interest and real-world events, such as global pandemics, continue to drive the need for innovative solutions. Job Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for reporting and dashboard solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to discover and define high-impact AI/ML opportunities Prioritize features based on business value Develop and maintain a product backlog aligned with overall product strategy Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions Monitor and analyze product performance to enhance user experience Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and data visualization Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role Strong understanding of data visualization tools and technologies (such as Tableau, Power BI) Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and business applications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams Influencing skills and effectiveness in a matrix environment Organizational and project management skills Success in supporting a team or function through significant and frequent change Curiosity and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies About Us J.P.
