Procurement and Sourcing Manager We’re seeking a Procurement and Sourcing Manager to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll lead both strategic sourcing and operational buying. Up to £65k plus a company car or car allowance. There’s never been a more exciting time to join us. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing and operational buying to enable the Delivery Team to meet project objectives consistently & sustainably whilst meeting long-term EBITDA & ESG objectives. Responsibilities Identify and onboard quality suppliers. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the Supply Chain team to ensure efficient day-to-day procurement operations. Recommend suitable vendors on a project‑by‑project basis for both tender and execution. Obtain competitive pricing to support tenders and bids. Manage vendor relationships, performance, development, cost, supply risk, H&S & ESG. Actively look for structural changes to reduce costs. Qualifications Previous experience in a buying/sourcing process. Relevant Procurement or Civils qualification. Understanding of best value (Price, quality, service & sustainability). Previous experience in a construction or civils environment. Ability to build strong relationships. Strong negotiation skills. Compensation & Benefits Up to £65k plus a company car or car allowance.
