Qualifications Proven management experience in a domiciliary care setting (essential). Strong business acumen and a passion for service growth. In-depth knowledge of CQC standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Full UK driving licence. Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
