Electrical Inspection & Testing Engineer – Commercial Property Location: Kensington, South West London Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum Exciting opportunity to work for an established company in South West London. CBW is recruiting an Electrical Testing & Inspection Engineer to join the existing projects team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical installation, refurbishment, maintenance, repair, inspection and testing. Package Monday to Friday (40 hour week) 08:00–17:00 Up to £48,000 Basic Salary Overtime available 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays Extra Day off for your Birthday Key Responsibilities Electrical inspection, testing and certification of fixed electrical wiring installations within commercial and industrial premises (EICRs) Emergency lighting inspections Thermal imaging Electrical PPMs Carry out electrical remedial works on previously inspected installations to ensure compliance with current regulations Requirements The applicant must possess a minimum of City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 / 2330 Levels 2 & 3 / 23572365 (or equivalent), City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition, and City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5. Organised and motivated with the ability to work independently. Effective communicator with a flexible approach regarding out-of-hours working. Clean driving license and computer literacy skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and electrical certification software.
