Job Overview Corporate Receptionist role at Rapport Guest Services. Location: City of London. You will be part of an innovative Front of House team at a prestigious client site. Main Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer and client service, ensuring every task is completed to an outstanding standard. Create a smooth and memorable arrival experience for clients through proactive engagement and creative thinking. Uphold Rapport’s service principles when greeting and interacting with all visitors, guests, and colleagues. Meet and escort guests to meeting rooms, offering assistance with coats, luggage, or other needs. Handle all enquiries (face‑to‑face, by phone, or email) promptly, efficiently, and with professionalism. Maintain a thorough understanding of building facilities to confidently assist and guide guests. Support the coordination and delivery of events, including registration desks and pre‑event preparations. Collaborate effectively with partner teams to foster a unified “one team” service approach. At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑focused role within a luxury environment or corporate setting.
