From concept to completion, you’ll guide cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver results that matter. You’ll be solving complex problems, introducing new technologies and ensuring our operations meet the highest standards.Leading engineering projects across strategic transformation, new product introduction and productivity initiatives.Specifying, procuring, installing and validating new capital equipment, and handing it over to production.Managing contractors and internal teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.Providing engineering support across the global Advanced Wound Management (AWM) network.What will you need to be successful?Success in this role means being a trusted expert and a proactive leader. You’ll bring deep technical knowledge and a passion for solving complex problems. You’ll be confident managing large-scale projects and inspiring others to deliver excellence.A degree in engineering, science or equivalent experience.Proven experience managing full project life-cycle and significant capital budgets.Strong skills in process validation, change control and project planning tools.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently with a strategic mindset.You.
