How You’ll Play Your Part As part of the Quality and Operational team, you will collaborate with subject‑matter experts across departments to map, review and optimise business processes. You will document and streamline processes, gaining an in‑depth understanding of how the organisation operates. Main Accountabilities Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to gather insights and detail, creating clear and comprehensive process maps and documentation. Map and review business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, addressing gaps or inconsistencies that streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Take detailed notes during key meetings, capturing important decisions and tracking action points to ensure timely completion. Support the development and maintenance of governance frameworks, contributing to the structure that drives operational excellence. Ensure accuracy and timeliness, completing tasks with precision and adhering to deadlines for smooth workflow and high‑quality outcomes. Drive innovation by identifying and contributing to process improvements, making a meaningful impact on the organisation’s overall performance. About You Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks. Excellent organisational skills, ensuring deadlines are met and accuracy is maintained, even in high‑pressure situations. A collaborative mindset, capable of interacting professionally and efficiently with a diverse group of stakeholders. Logical and analytical thinking, enabling the identification of opportunities for process optimisation and improvement. Proficiency in producing clear and concise documentation to support process governance and decision‑making. A proactive approach to tasks, ensuring alignment with the organisation's operational objectives. Familiarity with process‑mapping tools (e.g., Visio) is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarise and present complex processes in a clear and accessible manner.
