OverviewAn exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to oversee the external envelope delivery of a £3m new build cladding project in Great Yarmouth. The successful applicant will lead site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure high‑quality installation of façade systems within programme and budget.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all on‑site activities relating to cladding installation and façade works.Maintain strict adherence to H&S procedures and ensure RAMS compliance.Manage programme, reporting, and progress tracking.Oversee QA documentation, inspections, and testing of materials and installations.Liaise with main contractor, design, and supply chain to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.RequirementsDemonstrable experience managing new‑build façade or cladding packages.SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid essential.Capable of managing projects £2‑5m+.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent organisational and leadership skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
