* Deliver Leadership & Management training up to Level 7.
* Lead exciting apprenticeship programmes and leadership pathways.
* Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences—classroom, online, and workplace.
* Support learners every step of the way, from tutorials to End Point Assessments.
* Work with stakeholders to boost engagement, retention, and achievement.

* Strong experience in Leadership & Management development.
* Teaching qualification (PELTS or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
* Experience with apprenticeship standards and OFSTED frameworks.
* Great communication, organisation, and a passion for learner success.

* In-Person Interview and Mirco Teaching Task to be held at their London Office.

* Ability to work from the London office two or more days per week
