Are you someone working as a supervisor looking to step into a Facilities Supervisor role? Join our friendly and supportive Facilities team as a Facilities Supervisor based at Alderney Hospital. As the Facilities Supervisor you will be knowledgeable in cleaning processes and have an awareness and understanding of Infection Prevention Control and COSHH. You will have a passion to learn how to lead a team and have experience with staff management. You will ensure the day‑to‑day team tasks are also met. Some of your duties will be to carry out cleaning audits, pre‑planned maintenance, rota planning, and other office‑based work. What we offer is a robust training and induction programme. Having experience in a similar supervisor role would be essential and we offer ongoing supervision and further development opportunities. Full time hours: 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday‑to‑Friday and one weekend a month. We can be flexible with starting times. A clear understanding of the hospital cleaning service and the standards required, regarding infection control.
