What You'll Be Doing Leading, coaching, and developing a team of payroll specialists Managing thr payroll operations with exceptional accuracy Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and internal policies Implementing best practices and identifying opportunities for efficiency Acting as a trusted point of escalation for complex queries Working closely with internal stakeholders to support wider business needs About You You might currently be a Team Leader, Supervisor, or experienced Payroll Professional ready to step up. What matters most is your proven people management experience and strong leadership presence.
