Pay: £12.00 per hour
Contract: 15 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: Weekday shifts of 3pm to 10pm and a weekend shift, to be discussed at interview.
Full, paid training provided.
We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. We'll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do- Friendly and thoughtful service – you'll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
- Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A positive approach to change and problem solving.
