Senior Consultant at Henderson Scott - Global Recruitment Partner Henderson Scott have partnered with a rapidly growing provider of temporary power generators that are looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to their team in the Northwest. To be considered for this role, you must be based within the defined territory: from Stoke in the south to Bolton/Blackburn in the north, including the Manchester and Liverpool areas. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering strategic sales plans that consistently meet — and exceed — monthly and quarterly targets. Your focus will be on generating new business opportunities and re‑engaging lapsed customers to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly targets. Drive revenue growth by securing new business and revitalising inactive accounts across the region. Work collaboratively with management to align on sales goals and maintain a strong future pipeline. Achieve and uphold KPIs and performance targets set by the business. Support the wider team as needed to ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery. About You Minimum of 3 years’ field sales experience within the generator hire sector, with a proven record of success. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and consistently exceeding KPIs and sales targets. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to contingency planning. Skilled in building strong relationships with internal operational teams to support customer requirements. Highly organized, with a structured approach to territory planning, customer management, and pipeline development. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, both written and verbal.
