Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeBanana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitoner to join our brand new nursery opening in July 2025.As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner your primary focus will be on supporting the development and well-being of children in our care, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.Key responsibilities:Provide high-quality care and education in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and our own curriculum.Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and developmentObserve, assess and record children's progress, sharing insights with parents and colleaguesCreate a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all childrenWork collaboratively with your team to ensure the smooth running of the nurseryUphold nursery policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safeguarding regulationsRequirementsQualifications and skills required:Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or ChildcareExperience working in a nursery or early years setting is essentialSound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyEnhanced DBS check clearance is requiredIf you are passionate about early education and eager to make a positive impact on children's lives, we encourage you to applyBenefitsBupa Employee Assistance.
