Facilities Maintenance Support at BrisDoc Healthcare Services. Following some changes within the team, we are looking for a Facilities Operations Support Officer to facilitate general maintenance duties plus vehicle fleet support. The role is part of the central Facilities team based at our Head Office in Osprey Court and involves working and liaising with co‑owners across all nine of our bases to support the effective management of our services in delivering excellent patient care across BNSSG. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day functions at Head Office and liaison with external agencies. Administration support as and when required. Vehicle fleet support and vehicle administration. General maintenance across all bases, including: Carry out various maintenance repair and installation tasks to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard. Fix minor issues such as broken fixtures and leaks. Assemble furniture, including lifting furniture and equipment. Paint touch‑ups and minor decorating tasks. Carry out all our portable appliance testing (PAT) requirements throughout BrisDoc. Support the transport of cars to any location as required (e.g., garages for service/repairs). Deliver and transport post and any other supplies between Head Office and allocated geographical bases. Maintain excellent communication and close collaborative working between the IUC Service Delivery Team, Facilities Team, and other key stakeholders across Practice Services, departmental and organisational boundaries. Facilitate the sharing of information where necessary and in accordance with information governance principles. Escalate issues appropriately to relevant managers or with the Facilities team.
