This is a vital role requiring a strong primary trade skill and proven versatility across various building disciplines.The Role & ResponsibilitiesYour primary focus will be high-quality carpentry, complemented by the ability to competently perform tasks across a range of other trades to ensure efficient job completion.Core Trade : Execute all aspects of high-quality carpentry and joinery (first fix, second fix, repairs).Multi-Trade Versatility : Confidently handle tasks across a minimum of three additional trades from the following list:Plumbing (basic repairs / installs)Plastering (patching / repairs)Groundworks (minor repairs)Vinyl floor tile laying (including sub-base preparation)Wall tilingUPVC window / door repairs (mechanisms, locks)Bricklaying (minor repairs)Social Housing Focus : Deliver excellent service while working within tenanted and void domestic properties.Requirements & ComplianceEssential Qualification : Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Property Maintenance or a related trade (e.g., Carpentry / Joinery).
