Location: London | Salary: £45,000 per annum

Join one of London’s most established neuro-disability services as a Senior Nurse (Days Only) and lead exceptional care through the night within a highly specialised setting.
With a proud history of providing expert care since 1892, this service supports individuals with complex neurological conditions including brain and spinal injuries, stroke, and progressive neurological disorders. As a Senior Nurse, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence overnight, supported by a well-resourced and forward-thinking team.
What you’ll receive:

Your role as Senior Nurse – Days Only:
Take clinical lead responsibility during night shifts, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care
Deliver and oversee complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management
Provide support and guidance to junior staff, acting as a mentor and role model
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and follow best practice guidelines
Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of services
What we’re looking for:
A Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
Experience in complex care and high-acuity nursing
Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to clinical excellence
Confident working independently during night shifts while fostering a collaborative team environment
