Job Title: BPA Pricing Lead Contract Type: Permanent Location: London / Alderley Park / Edinburgh Working style: Hybrid 50% home / office based Closing date: 22nd October 2025 Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our growing team We are seeking a BPA Pricing Lead to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects and add significant value to our organisation. You will be at the forefront of pricing strategies ensuring we remain competitive and forward‑thinking in the market. This role has arisen due to planned growth of our BPA Pricing team and provides an opportunity to make a positive impact on the BPA market while supporting our continued success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement pricing strategies for our BPA products. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. About You: Proven experience in pricing within the insurance or financial services sector. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. A proactive and innovative approach to problem‑solving.
