Linnaeus Higham Gobion, England, United Kingdom Client Finance Administrator Linnaeus (Davies Veterinary Specialists) Role and Responsibilities Reconciliation of Daily Takings. Billing and Finance support, covering sales, charges and payments. Assessing and submitting Insurance Claims in a timely manner along with reviewing accounts and clinical history to assist clients who require a direct claim. Assisting clients with general finance and insurance queries, including guiding policyholders on how to proceed with the insurance claim and keeping them always informed, both verbally and in writing. Ensuring prompt and accurate payment of insurance shortfalls along with excess and co‑payment liabilities. Credit control for outstanding payments, Insurance shortfalls and payments direct from insurers. Telephone and face‑to‑face discussions with our clients. Full‑time role: 40 hours per week. Saturday working on rota basis (approximately 1 in 6‑8 weeks).
