Your Core Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons that align with the National Curriculum. Assessment and Feedback: Monitoring student progress through regular marking and assessment, using data to inform future planning and interventions. Classroom Management: Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment by implementing effective behaviour management strategies. Holistic Support: Working closely with Teaching Assistants and SENCOs to support children with diverse learning needs. Parental Partnership: Building strong relationships with parents and carers through clear communication regarding their child's progress and well‑being. Requirements For The Role Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold a PGCE, BEd, or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Curriculum Knowledge: A strong understanding of the KS1 or KS2 National Curriculum and statutory assessment requirements. Experience: Proven experience teaching in a primary setting (Early Career Teachers are also welcomed and supported). Behaviour Management: Strong classroom management skills with the ability to navigate challenging behaviour with empathy and consistency. Compliance: Eligibility to work in the UK and a valid DBS on the update service (or willingness for one). Why Work with Randstad?
