Monitor and evaluate pupil progress and use data to inform targeted interventions, particularly for SEND and disadvantaged pupils. Ensure you are continually developing your CPD. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has proven leadership experience in literacy and curriculum development, ideally within a primary school setting.
