What We Offer Award Winning Care Provider - Awarded the Top 20 provider in the area for 7 consecutive years Flexible Zero-Hours Contract: Start with a contract that fits around your life Salary: £13.25 - £16.56 per hour Guaranteed Hours After Probation: Once you've passed probation, we can guarantee up to 50% of the hours you commit to working each week Plus: Paid DBS, Paid training, Paid mileage Variety of Shifts: Work during hours that suit your availability and preferences A Supportive Team: Full Induction training and ongoing support provided What We’re Looking For Compassionate and reliable individuals with a passion for care Commitment to regular hours (e.g., 10, 20, or 30 hours per week) based on your availability and the needs of our customers Flexibility to work within agreed timeframes Requirements You MUST have a full UK Driving Licence and your own car Successful completion of probation to unlock guaranteed hours We ask everyone to offer some weekend commitment (time pro rata dependent on hours) A PASSION for delivering high-quality care and support You MUST have the right to work in the UK as we do not offer visa sponsorship or switch options A Little Note: We’re on the lookout for candidates who live within our service areas to ensure we can provide timely and reliable care.
