Plus shift allowance for night shifts.Hours: 44 hours per week. Rotating shift pattern consisting of 4 x days on 7am to 7pm, 4 x days off, 4 x nights on 7pm to 7am, 4 x days off. Monday to Sunday.Location: 33 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7HYContract: PermanentWhat are we looking for?Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit two Multi-skilled Shift Engineers. Our Mission, ‘Caring for life, researching for health, and educating those who serve’, assures our unwavering commitment to professional development.What will your duties include?When required, to liaise with specialist sub-contractors and obtain quotes where relevant to do soTo identify required materials and liaise with designated suppliers to obtain quotations for approvalResponsibility for all works assigned to them, being accountable for the attendance to each task within the SLA and providing any updates in a swift/concise manner, where tasks cannot be completedEffectively communicate to the shift lead, Estates supervisor and Estates & Facilities management team, on any tasks that may have a critical or business impact to CCLUtilisation of the mobile working device, ensuring that all times are captured correctly for each task, alongside providing detailed notes in the comments sectionTo act as an escort for any contractors coming to site, and on behalf the management teamProvision of quotes, with all costs for materials, being provided to the Supervisor, ready for submission/approvalEnsure that all maintenance tasks that are carried out to all building plant, equipment, and systems, meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreementsCarry out fault identification/rectification and escalation when required on fabric issues, and M&E systems such as electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issuesWhat we need from you?Completion of a full Apprenticeship programmeMinimum requirement for C&G Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical discipline qualificationCSCS or relevant Trade CardCity & Guilds 2391 desirableStrong understanding and experience of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC systemsComputer literacy with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office or equivalentHealthcare and HTM experience advantageousPrevious experience of CAFM SystemsDemonstrable experience within a similar positionWhat can we offer you?As a private hospital with no shareholders, we reinvest all profits back into our organisation.
