Help manage kitchen waste and dispose of rubbish correctly. Ensure that all kitchen tools and equipment are stored properly and organized. Support kitchen staff with deliveries, organizing supplies, and restocking as needed. Ensure that hygiene standards are followed and maintained throughout the kitchen. Assist in the unloading and storing of deliveries, ensuring stock is properly stored. Help with the cleaning and tidying of the kitchen at the end of service. Key Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage but not required. Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well as part of a team.
