JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for:
Providing administrative support for Heads of Department and their teams.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:- Attending to all written correspondence, meetings, travel, and all manner of personal business.
- Inbox management for CEO, screening all telephone calls.
- Assisting with legal documentation and administration for the Chairman's Property businesses.
- Regularly establishing efficient and proactive working relationships on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring timely communications with partner organisations.
- Responsible for front of house, meet & greet.
- Comply with operational practices as determined.
- Comply with accounting/administration practices.
- Comply with Health & Safety Regulations as determined by the Health & Safety Manager.
