3rd Line Storage Support Engineer Base pay range: Direct message the job poster from Anson McCade We are seeking a 3rd Line Storage Support Engineer to join a team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers on a high-level government account. You will contribute to a service by working with new technologies and sharing ideas. Key Responsibilities Maintain and support the backup and storage solution for high availability and disaster recovery. Conduct daily checks, produce documentation, and manage product lifecycle. Assist a high profile user community and maintain daily contact with customers/stakeholders. Utilise the IT Service Management Toolset. Critical responsibility for monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation. Transferable skills and experience valued Dell EMC Storage solutions vCentre Event Management Tooling (SCOM) ITSM Tooling Active Directory Windows Server Microsoft PKI Benefits 10% DV Bonus 5% Company Bonus £6k Car allowance (can be taken as cash) 25 Days A/L Requirements This role requires candidates to be a sole national.
