RGB are currently supporting a leading name within renewable energy and civil engineering who are looking for the very best talent to join their established team. Based in Devon, they are a leading name within the construction of large renewable energy projects spanning across the UK. Due to a number of recent project wins they are looking to appoint an experienced buyer to support their commercial director in the Exeter office. Duties will include : Create & build positive and effective relationships with new and existing supply chain. Procurement of materials, plant & equipment across a number of projects. Ensure orders are distributed and approved by relevant personnel. Maintain a positive working relationship with the accounts team to provide support on any order related queries. Suitable candidates : Previous experience of working in a buying role ideally within civil engineering or construction industry Experience using procurement packages. Effective communication skills. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of operating IT systems. The role offers great variety, hybrid working (3 days office based) and a range of employee benefits.
