CLINIC SUPERVISOR Location: Stratum Clinic, Wimbledon. The successful candidate will be responsible for fully managing the reception area and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the clinic. The role requires someone who is a quick learner, capable of thinking creatively, and proficient in multitasking. Full training and support will be provided, after which, you will be expected to work independently and supervise the clinic in the absence of management. Key Responsibilities In this dynamic and patient-focused role, you will be at the heart of clinic operations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from the moment the practice opens to the end of each day. You will manage front-of-house duties including running reception, checking in patients, coordinating with doctors, and preparing clinic rooms when clinical staff are unavailable. Your organisational skills will shine as you handle appointment bookings, print daily schedules and prescriptions, and liaise with the bookings team to manage calls and enquiries efficiently. Supporting both aesthetic and nursing services, you will also take ownership of administrative tasks such as managing post, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring all documentation is audit-ready. Financial responsibilities include understanding billing processes for both self-funded and insured patients, generating invoices and reports, and managing payments, deposits, and refunds. With a strong focus on delivering a first-class patient journey, you will handle complaints with professionalism and ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of care and service. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role Previous experience in a healthcare environment essential. Strong multitasking and organisational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Professional and courteous telephone manner. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
