Graduate Classroom Assistant – Leeds & Wakefield Start Your Career in Education with Milk Education Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience in secondary schools? Milk Education is working in partnership with a number of forward‑thinking schools across Leeds and Wakefield, offering an exciting opportunity for graduates to build a rewarding pathway into teaching or educational support. The Role Cover Supervisor – delivering pre‑planned lessons, managing the classroom, and supporting whole‑class learning SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) – supporting students with additional learning needs, ensuring they receive the right provision to succeed General Classroom Support – assisting teachers, working with small groups, and helping to create a positive learning environment This role is perfect for anyone considering a future career in teaching (such as PGCE or Schools Direct) or those wanting to develop their skills in education.
